The project is aimed at (young) adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to support them after completing compulsory schooling.

These people should be individually supported in order to be able to integrate professionally. The goal is for them to discover their abilities and learn to implement and use them with appropriate support.

Through a variety of methods, we aim to increase employability and quality of life, as well as opportunities for participation and inclusion. In our project we will also create a guide for employers to support the process of employing people with autistic disorders.
