ESF consulting project in Bucharest
Within the framework of a large-scale project financed by the European Social Fund, the Romanian health administration, with the support of pro mente Upper Austria, wants to establish basic guidelines for action and quality standards for work with people with social psychiatric impairments. This project was set up for this purpose.
Central contents of this project are:
- A comprehensive evaluation of the situation in Romania
- A matching between the possibilities and conditions in Austria and the situation and potentials in Romania
- The development needs on the Romanian side will be concretized and described
- Concrete packages of work and measures will be developed for Romania, concepts formulated and standards defined
- Within three model regions in Romania (Bucharest region, Cluj-Napoca region, Suceava region) the developed measures will be tested.
This project lasted three years. The sponsor from Austria is pro mente OÖ and it is coordinated by Herbert Paulischin.
