DigiCoach

The “DigiCoach” project is offered free of charge to apprentices completing their apprenticeship in Upper Austria. This project is funded by the AK Training Fund of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labor.

Apprentices who, for example, feel overwhelmed by their training, who do not know exactly what to do next, who have personal difficulties or who have problems at work are offered a wide range of free and individual coaching sessions and courses during their apprenticeship.

The coaching and courses include individual and group coaching as well as language courses and social skills training. Using the Moodle platform, participants receive the required documents directly, conveniently and, of course, free of charge at home.

The coaching sessions are designed to support, advise and guide young people and young adults throughout their professional careers, without any political or other influence. Thanks to our out-of-school and out-of-company position, it is often easier for young people to get in touch with us and talk more openly about their problems. We would like to emphasize once again that we offer a sympathetic ear and advice for all kinds of problems.
