JoTraDi

Training as a job trainer for people with intellectual disabilities and for people with autism. Work and employment are essential prerequisites for inclusion and participation in social life. Our project also promotes better employment opportunities for the affected target group. The main goal is to offer a special program for teachers, trainers, educators and mentors to support them in working with people with autism and/or intellectual disabilities. The training program was developed and tested in Reggio Emilia in Italy and will be transferred to other EU member countries in a second step.
