CEFEC is a European network for social enterprises. Member companies are certified and must meet certain criteria to be recognized. TZS Sozialconsulting is a member of CEFEC since 2008. TZS Sozialconsulting have been instrumental in the active expansion of CEFEC in recent years.

AREAP is a Moldovan adult education organization established for the implementation of an ADA (Austrian development agency) project. To achieve this goal, social projects have been and are being developed and implemented on behalf of ADA, the Austrian Ministry of Social Affairs, the SOROS organization and the European Union.

The organization focuses on all activities aimed at improving the living conditions of poor people in Moldova. After many years of work in the region of North Moldova, AREAP has become a nationally and internationally recognized carrier and developer of work in the social and health fields. The main lighthouse projects of AREAP are the residential community OAZA, the Meals on Wheels project for elderly citizens and several smaller socio-economic employment enterprises.

The Bucovina Institute is an initiative that is primarily concerned with educational offers in the Bucovina region of Suceava. The addressees of these offers are predominantly target groups with a particular lack of education, who are to be introduced to educational offers with customized low-threshold offers. For this purpose, numerous EU-funded projects have been carried out in the past under the Erasmus, ESF and similar programs.
